You could. Most charge £500/hour or £1,000/day. After three days, you’ll have an audit and an action plan. Roughly £3k for a PDF. The consultant doesn’t know your business the way your team does, and the knowledge leaves when they do. For a similar price (£4,000 for a team of up to 4), the accelerator teaches your actual team the skill. They build agents themselves, woven into your specific workflows, and they keep building for months afterwards. The capability stays in the company.

We primarily teach using Claude because we think it’s the best tool for building agents right now. But the frameworks and agentic thinking you learn work across any AI platform. If you’re already using ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, Replit, or Cursor, you can keep using them. In Week 4 (the Developer Agent), you choose your own tool: Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, or whatever you prefer. You don’t need to switch your existing setup. The skill is platform-agnostic even though we have a preferred toolkit.

If you can already build a purpose-built agent from scratch in 60 minutes, one that connects to your tools, has persistent memory, and serves a specific mission in your business, then you probably don’t need this. The best people inside AI companies are managing teams of 5+ agents they’ve built themselves, delegating work to them throughout the day. That’s the level this programme is aimed at.

The live cohort has three tiers: Solo (£750) gives you the full live experience with build sessions, tactics sessions, office hours, accountability partners, and community. Solo+ (£1,750) adds weekly 1:1 coaching with James. Team (£4,000 for up to 4) gets your whole team building together with weekly team coaching. The curriculum is the same across all tiers.
