We signed up at the last minute, only like a week before, and I was not sure - you know, it's a bit of a punt, it's quite a lot of time, you never know how your people are gonna take to these things, and the results have just been astounding, like transformational.
So, in the four weeks, my team members went from never really having done much of this stuff at all to building their own apps, replacing parts of what we do, having so many ideas for things that they wanna do in the future, having a really good understanding of security.
Putting four of them through the course at once has been really transformational, because we'd been our own little mini cohort. They are now the seed of transformational change that is gonna radiate out through the company.
I think it is one of the highest value things I can possibly think of that we could have done. And I think the course itself is just really well-designed. It takes you from either a complete beginner, or a couple of my people were actually a bit more technical. I was slightly worried at the start that it was gonna be boring for them, but it accelerated very quickly, brought everyone on board, and it's just been such, such, such a positive journey.
