I'm an exited founder, AI Growth / Product Leader, and startup advisor.

I founded Encore, one of the biggest marketplaces in the world for booking live musicians. We scaled to 50,000+ bookings & $45M GMV before being acquired by Mixcloud.

I was then Head of Creator Growth at ElevenLabs, one of the fastest growing startups in the world. I helped grow the company from $110M to $210M ARR. We shipped a lot, and I learned a lot.

I'm a solo artist and composer. I write ambient music inspired by Scottish folk, jazz and classical, and I host concerts involving meditation for deeper somatic listening experiences.
